Didn't get leg cramps!
These things are awesome and I find myself looking forward to a long ride so I can enjoy them. Just enough of a sweet/sour/salt mix. Very satisfying when you are out torturing yourself on the bike. Highly recommended!

These things are awesome...
These are the only gummies that I like, I find most others are just too sweet. I love that these are salty and citrusy and that they aren’t too large like Shotbloks; they are a nice small size. I use these on my longer runs over 10 miles and just suck on them until they’ve totally dissolved in my mouth, rather than chewing them.

Salty citrus yum
These taste pretty good when you’re out for a long bike ride or run. It’s a pleasant change from all the super sweet energy gels and sport drinks. I’ve used these for long training swims, bike rides and runs and during a full distance triathlon. They seem to give me a bit of a boost and cramping has not been a problem.

On prior Spartan Sprints, I drank lots of pedialyte, water, energy gels and compression socks and STIL had leg cramps (shin cramps AND calf cramps). My last Spartan Sprint, I still did all of the above but also chewed a pack gradually right before my race, and slowly ate a pack during my race, and I did NOT HAVE LEG CRAMPS!!
