Great for hot weather endurance

I really enjoy using Kramp Krushers on hot hikes and runs. Their flavor is spot on and even just chewing them gives me a burst of energy. Refrigerating them also gives a little boost on an especially hot day. I have used them for pre-workout energy and during workouts.

Great for endurance runners
